His way of management style is by being a fat big liar.
One can document all his lies.
Some characteristics:
1. Exaggerates things that are ridiculous.
2.. He does not value the truth. He act very defensively, he act like,
“Well, what’s the difference? You’re making a big deal out of
nothing!” (again, to refocus the conversation to your wrongdoing instead of
him).
3. Because he does not value honesty, a lot of times he will not value
loyalty. So watch what you tell him. He will not only tell others, but
he will embellish to make you look worse.
4. He may be somewhat of a hypochondriac. This can come in especially
useful when caught in a lie.
6. Obviously, He will contradict what He say. It become very clear over
time. He usually aren’t smart enough to keep track of so many lies
(who would be?).
He lie about even the smallest things.
He add exaggerations to every sentence.
He change his story all the time.
He act very defensively when you question his statements.
He believe what he say is true, when everyone else knows it isn’t.
Lies when it is very easy to tell the truth.
Lies to get sympathy, to look better, to save his butt, etc.
Extremely manipulative.
Has been caught in lies repeatedly.
Never fesses up to the lies.
Is a legend in his own mind.

There is no accountability in our society whether its the pastor of a church or the president of a soccer Federation. As long as they have a few puppets here and there they are able to abuse their power. This is not new to our people, it has been the norm of our country. The solution to this is, the community should involve with these nonprofit organizations. Otherwise boycott their business. Our money is being used to destruct our own people. Speak up when you see a leader wrong doing.
i can surely say that i have never seen constructive suggestions,but fault finding in many of us, ” hay, you doing a good job on this areas because of this and you are short in this area because of that” type of sprit. to those who think Dawit is a patological liar and so on…Pls give “good reason” that make you think that way. Can you also indicate some of his good areas? i am sure there is some. accusation without provinding a fact will not make you win at Court. Other thing is we do not have to come hard to those who do not share our views.

Stan and Pastor Endeshaw.. Of course you’ll say the good stuff about this man. Dawit is a member of your church and what would one expect from his own pastor?.. The truth is he is unfair, selfish, abusive, manipulative, controlling, divisive etc… He does everything for his own benefit… We have known the man for many years and has divided the Denver soccer club because of his selfish motives… We have terrible memories of this man as his players and a member of the team. Mr. pastor speak the truth and if you don’t know him don’t speak up because when the time comes you’ll be judged in the hand of God. Its great to see ESFNA has noticed who he really is.

ESFNA & other sport commuities (Woyanes branchs) are working hard wit hteir collabrators to weaken Ethiopian communities. we have to have a world wide joint action to disolve such kind wof Ethiopian communities from Ethiopians in Dispora. Let us stand & act togther against such kind of woyane branches & thier organisation.

ESFNA is an example of a group where those impotent sold out collaborators, who are inherently unable to understand how to best serve its constituents and to function apolitically or as a non-profit exist.
According EthioSun’s reliable sources, the sold out collaborators (pigs) who have been receiving GURSHA/TIP from the Saudi Slave Master are shamelessly working with the blood suckers who are intentionally starving millions of people in Ethiopia to organize the another event in 2009.
EthioSun previously called to boycott ESFNA soccer tournament because of the pig’s misconduct and the organization’s association with a brutal regime members who are responsible for the ongoing Holocaust in Ethiopia.
EthioSun believes that the Diaspora’s punishment against ESFNA (which is an organization run by the Saudi Slave Master) is past due.
Therefore, we call up on Ethiopians in the Diaspora to dissolve ESFNA immediately, create or support a new Ethiopian Sport Federation to take over the function of the sold out herd.
